My name is Samantha and I have been coming to the Miss Tennessee Pageant for five years now. I am writing this for fun to tell you about the pageant from my point of view.This is June 20, 2007 and it is the first day of the pageant. I do not have a favorite yet. All the girls are beautiful.
We went to the mall on Sunday to meet the girls and they all looked beautiful. My dad and I do this every father's day. I got to meet all the girls and get their autograph. My little brother took pictures of all of them. We got a picture with Miss Tennessee from 1999, Allison.
I also met them at a lunch meeting with my dad on Tuesday, we sat with three of the contestants. They were all very nice to me and we all had fun listening to Blair Pancake talk about her time as Miss Tennessee.

This is the coolest blog the Jackson Sun has ever had. Sami's comments on the pageant were great. She was honest and it was really neat to see what she thought about the contestants each day. I really liked that Jay and Allison were nice to Sami. I sure hope the Jackson Sun has Sami do a blog on the pageant again next year.
Sami could also do blogs at other times on events that would be of interest to younger readers.
